I began with a team of illustrators, breathing life into their work with story and aligning marketing to our vision. Together, we exchanged knowledge, fostering growth in every direction, while ensuring that remote work became not just functional, but a shared journey. Creating the Cryptoyverse

We envisioned a desolate digital wasteland, littered with fragments of our universe: pieces of forgotten games, shows, comics, and toys. The inhabitants, characters brought to life from these realms, came together, each carrying their own legacies. What kind of world would they forge from the rubble of our culture?

Cryptoys are Individuals

We unveiled the concept of a malfunctioning cloning machine. As Cryptoys stepped in, what emerged were altered, one-of-a-kind versions—each a unique reflection of the original, but with its own twist. We took 1986's the Fly, and made Cronenberg's body-horror masterpiece kid-friendly.

Cryptoyverse is Open

Collaborating with world-class IPs like Star Wars, Mickey and Friends, Masters of the Universe, and NASCAR was a rare and exhilarating opportunity. As artists, the chance to reimagine such iconic universes in our own style doesn’t come often. We understood the gravity of this privilege--driving us to deliver our very best.

Cryptoys

In 1986, a video arcade was enveloped by a swirling vortex, drawing characters from their pixelated games and transforming them from 2D, 8-bit sprites into living, digital, creatures. When they awakened, they became the first explorers of a bewildering new land.

In a bid to protect Castle Grayskull, the wizard Orko accidentally tore open a portal to the Cryptoyverse, allowing the terrifying Evil Lyn and the mysterious Sourceress to bring forth the greatest heroes and fiercest villains from a prized collection of mini-comics.
